threads4me Also, I haven't opened the package yet; the acceptance was for another robe, I bought from someone else, with a similar design. I tried to contact you, to let you know that I never got any credit anywhere and my messages wouldn't go through.

threads4me I emailed "customer service" and got this b%*ch who could only explain that I needed to do a bundle but that my seller blocked me and basically too bad for me. :( Yeah, I got things a bit mixed up but she didn't try to reach you (for me) to solve anything, did she?

threads4me I feel like customers don't matter too much on here. Some of you sellers value us but a lot of you ignore us.....customer service doesn't seem to care much at all. I've been frustrated with this site yet I still buy on here. When I couldn't reach you, that was the straw that broke the camel's back.

threads4me So, I wrote a b%*chy "fed-up" message to customer service. That's supposed to alert most people in a "customer service" position that an irate customer needs things fixed because customers should matter; it's what keeps her b%*ch a$s employed. All she could do was explain things and tell me that she hopes I understand (that she won't bother further because I'm just a b%*ch). :( --Lorri

threads4me @lisavmeadows They won't....Little Miss Too Bad For You stated that the order had to be cancelled PRIOR to shipment and the BUNDLE feature had to be used. You had already shipped out my order AND I was blocked from contacting you. I guess you wind up getting the original $25 you wanted for the dress after all; I didn't even see the email for that until I sent you the email about my not having known both items were for you.

threads4me @lisavmeadows Good lesson for both of us; when a customer purchases more than one item from you, you have to use the bundle feature. If they already paid separately, like I did, you have to cancel the order and make them repurchase through the bundle feature because Posh doesn't allow sellers to issue a refund for the shipping difference---and APPARENTLY, they won't either.
