ltsposhshop Hi I'm so sorry that the North Face jacket didn't fit you. It is a woman's size large. If you check The North Face sizing chart this jacket is supposed to fit snug as it is meant for outdoor sports. I would really appreciate you reconsidering your 1 star rating.
