Hi, I’m Lottie! Most of my items are either new with tags or very gently worn. Gently worn items are laundered with a gentle detergent, hung to dry, or dry cleaned, and all are steamed for photography. Any flaws are listed, and photographed. I take tremendous care in presenting, packaging, and shipping my items. I’ve been burned a time or two myself, and try my absolute best to provide the smoothest transaction possible to buyers. Saltwater runs through my veins, soooo…coral is a neutral and a flamingo is a straight up deity! You’ll notice a propensity for preppy/nautical themed items in my closet. I replied and got a robo email back exactly like the first one, two times. I cannot find anywhere else to appeal it. do you know? My first listing! :/ TIA
