Hi! You have bought from me a Hermès Pouch and a box! I noticed yesterday that the package still hasn’t been scanned (I dropped it at the mail box on May 13th). I called USPS today and created a “ticket” for them to investigate. I really hope they will find out what happened and finally ship the package. I apologize for the delay! I am doing the best I can and I will continue talking to USPS trying to resolve this situation. Thank you!

@louann219 This order is from 2019. And when I look at it, it shows that it was accepted by you on May 22 of 2019. I am not sure why you said you never received it, especially 4 years later.
