rarquilla I’m sorry you are not happy with your purchase. Please send pictures of the dirt and hair. If you’d like I will gladly refund your money. I’m sure it’s not too late to change your acceptance status. These shoes sat on a shelf in my home for two years. I apologize if there was some dust I missed or if a strand of my hair fell on the shoes as I was packaging.
