I've emailed PMHQ after having checked many times to see if the coat has made it through their concierge department. I haven't learned anything beyond their FAQs post that it should take 1-2 days. They must be very busy! I'm really hoping you are patient, as this part is out of my control. Thank you so much for the purchase! I appreciate your patience and hope the trench gets to you very soon!

Hello! I just heard from Poshmark that the concierge service verified the Burberry coat is authentic. They'll be shipping to you from HQ (in CA). Enjoy!

@ldmay oh my gosh, I sold it for my mom's friend who is a well traveled woman in her 80's from another state. She has already been given the proceeds. I'd love to help you, but couldn't undo it all, since it's not mine. I can suggest a very good way to re-sell it! You can take screenshots of my listing on my page marked sold with your smartphone or tablet and re-post it for sale on Poshmark.
