moz0 Hello @mfp1000! We are working to resolve the mix-up of items with Poshmark so that you can get your Theory scarf and the other buyer gets her shirt! Unfortunately, the other buyer @katemsev has received the delivery but she has not notified Poshmark of the mix-up. I have opened up a case review as well with Poshmark to expedite any issues. I am sure we can work together to make sure this is resolved and each get the the correct item! So sorry for the mix-up, feeling terrible!!!

moz0 Update: Hi Louise- I was asked to check in with both buyers to make sure all was posted and swapped properly. I know the shirt was sent but the scarf has not been sent to complete the swap. I don’t know if Kate (tagged/referenced here) has sent the scarf? If not, Kate please send the scarf per claim request - the postage is paid by Poshmark at no cost to you.

moz0 @mfp1000 I emailed for an update again through Poshmark Support. I will let you know if I get other updates. At this point, the other buyer may plan to keep the scarf or should have a legitimate reason why she has not sent it your way. Hopefully she ships it ASAP!! The scarf is essentially new and I really hope it’s still in good condition when it gets to you. 😣😳😩😭
