mariline1943 I am truly deeply sorry for the state in which your purse came in. My complete apologies. I was away on vacation and I had my son package a few of the items. Well I won’t be doing that again. I take pride in the Fact that I meticulously clean and open up all zippers to make sure that it is in the best possible condition before shipping. Again my apologies. I would be more than happy to refund you and you can keep the bag.

roubina33 Thank you for your offer hun!!! Unfortunately it doesn't cover my cost btw tax and 20% posh fees it is hard to make big discounts!! Dooney and Tory are the worst in their sale. They make it harder to give big discounts. I gave you my looowest!! Thx Anyway for checking my closet 😘❤️
