Hi, you made an offer with me for a Kate Spade folio and a Sac Roots pencil case. I’m sorry but the folio sold just before I got your offer. I’m going to send you the pencil case at no charge because I feel bad that it happened. Even if I lowered your shipping to $ 4.99 you would end up paying more for shipping than the pencil case since the folio isn’t on the order and that’s not fair. 😕

Hi Luise - I am the seller of the ring you offered $100 on today. A strange glitch occurred - at the exactly same time someone was offering a lower price , which I declined (after Poshmark fees I would be losing money). The entire system locked up and didn’t let me accept your offer or make the same offer again. Could you please offer $93, which with shipping will come out to about the same amount? Thank you.

I just noticed your review stating we sent you “the wrong size” ring. We did not. You didn’t get to choose a size, it’s a midi/knuckle ring & no specific size is even listed. As for ship time, we are more than transparent about the jewelry being handmade after orders are placed & production time varies depending on how busy we are at the time of purchase.
