Hi Lourdes! For some reason, still unknown, yesterday no one didn't show up to pickup the package. I contacted my local Post office and by now I'm just waiting for the postman to arrive. Hi Lourdes! I'm so sorry to hear that your experience purchasing the Guerlain brush is not fully satisfactory. I purchased that brush and mine (same brush) in a trip to Europe, and I've been using mine for some time now, I've not even suspected that it is not an original or authentic brush
