the_bmb_shop @lllourdesss Usually if they comment some sort of excuse to send them pictures to an email address or they'll send payment outside of Poshmark.

lllourdesss @the_bmb_shop and if they have items on their page they’re more than likely trustworthy? 😅 I’m new to this so thank you so much, cause I have been getting comments about sending stuff to their email !

the_bmb_shop @lllourdesss I'm sure there may be some that have listings that aren't trustworthy, but Poshmark has buyer protection so if you don't receive an item you purchased after a certain amount of time you can get your money back.

lllourdesss @the_bmb_shop so if you sell something to someone that is a scammer they have to pay you first right?

the_bmb_shop @lllourdesss once the item is delivered the buyer has 3 days to inspect the item and they can accept it in Poshmark or if they don't then 3 days after the delivery the funds are released to you. Even if they are a scammer or if the item gets lost you will still receive the money for the item.

lllourdesss @the_bmb_shop hi !! I have a question , I posted a Dyson air wrap styler that I was selling but they took it off and said it was a prohibited item, and I just want to know if you could kind of clarify what a prohibited item is? Am I not allowed to sell it on here?

the_bmb_shop @lllourdesss Hi, I haven't had an item removed from my Posh closet so I'm not exactly sure. Usually it's due to an item being seen as fake or a replica or if it's a used personal care item. You can always check the Poshmark Support page or reach out to them to get more clarification.

lllourdesss @the_bmb_shop yes I think that’s what they called it, a used item, but isn’t what most people sell used? I didn’t post a picture of the original box to show off its authentic do you think if I post it again with the box it’ll be okay? I did try to appeal for them to put it back but I got denied , although other people are selling theirs, the only difference is I didn’t put a photo of the box to show that it is in fact the real brand
