Hi! Love From Ella Mae is named for my grandmother, who sent some of the best presents in the mail I have ever received. She's now 101 years old. Whenever I visited her, I slept in a lovely room with dozens of depression glass around the room's perimeter. I've loved glassware ever since. My mom always served my mac and cheese from her 1980s Corningware Wildflower casseroles, which was always a happy meal. Now I have the pleasure of helping you create happy memories. 😊 I don't do Posh full time so occasionally I'll miss a message/alert. lindycs How sweet your cat is. Much like one of mine lying on my bed pillow.I love the way you described your love of glass with memories of your Grandma. I'm in my Grand ma's bed she left the bedroom suite for me. Many of my memories, etc are from her. I will return to your site again.

afashionartist I, too, love how you describe your love of glassware in connection with your grandmother. My grandmother had a “dealers license” primarily to get good deals for herself! 😳 She always had tables up in the basement with glassware on them — supposedly for sale. When I got married, she gave me 6 blue cordial glasses made by the 1st woman to do that glassware. I’ve been divorced for 25 years, but still have my cordial glasses! 🤭 She also took me to the Fenton Glass Factory once. Very cool! 🥰
