Poshmark confirmed the delivery not us…KEEP ON WRITING THEM Every day And they will give your money back..I’ll send thim a message right now as well … They will compensate you they have to! We sold thousands of things last year and this came up several times with delivery issues and the client always got their money back

I just contacted poshmark support again and showed them you only gave us a one star rating because u didn’t even get the hat… Don’t let up …keep writing every day until you get resolution …poshmark has not stayed in business this long by screwing people
