amrc2000 Hi, I just read your message, I am so sorry, Whenever I wore the bracelet I never had a problem with it, I HONESTLY didn't know that the clasp wasn't working or broken. I tried it on to measure and never noticed the clasp not working. I just looked all through your closet and really the only thing I can see myself wearing or using is the Chico's bracelet and necklace set with the leather strap and beads (wooden, orange, etc.), but it's posted as $17. The purse was used, fine, but it certainly is not like new nor is it in perfect condition, so don’t describe it that way as that is very misleading, no matter what price you are selling it for.

dianeshader Hi Lu, I am very sad that you are not happy with your purchase. I can’t help it if the manufacturer changed the sizing and fabric for the piece you purchased. I will gladly pay for shipping back to me. I contacted my local Goodwill and ladies tops sell for $4.29. If you see another piece of clothing in my closet within the next month, please make an offer reflecting the above discount. I will include the measurements for you.
