sorry, i can not accept 40.00 for the suit which im sure u already knew since i also declined ur previous offer of 45.00. typically when someone declines ur offer rather than counters back its a sign that the offer u made is not even close to a reasonable offer. i get this is a resale site but for some people this is how they provide for their families. if u cant afford to make ur offers more reasonable then do everyone a favor and just don't even bother.
