damiangray @lovemum24 hi..oh my. when packing I notitced the battery isn't working so I put something extra in the package but will be happy to cancel the order..I guess since it was serviced the battery died and I don't believe in pulling out the dial to save battery juice because they say that can ruin the watch. but trust me it's a gorgeous watch and a battery is all thats needed
