Good evening! Just wanted to touch base as I noticed the feedback you left us was only 3/5 stars. You stated packaging could be improved. Since we strive to provide excellent customer service please elaborate on what we could have improved upon. We have always had people comment ( on more than one platform) how much they love the packaging and have never had an issue with it not being adequate. Thanks for your help with getting this resolved :)

It wasn’t the outside packaging, that was very cute!
My unsatisfied rating was how the item was packed inside. It seemed as if it was just wadded up and put in a gallon storage bag.
I guess Maybe I am spoiled because all of the other items I have bought were all folded so perfect and wrapped in tissue with special sticker tags closing it.
I felt I should wash it right away.
