I read your review/rating and just thought I would mention that if you read the description of the item I disclosed the missing prongs on the item, it was in fact stated. None the less, thank you for taking the time, but I thought I would point out that it was listed in the description before you purchased since you reflected your dissatisfaction with your rating even though it was accurate to the description. mtex37 @luannastockard understandable and I know oversights happen, were all human :) If you would consider adjusting your star rating I would greatly appreciate it. As it stands it reflects that the item is inaccurate to the description and as a seller can be harmful since I always disclose any damage or wear to items as honestly as possible.
