Someone contacted me about buying a dress I had on Poshmark but wanted to buy it direct from me and said they would send a cashiers check in my name and wait until it cleared and then I would send the dress they offered me more money then I was asking if I took it down off the site at first I said yes but after further thought I declined.. I believe itwas a scam .. have you heard if this happening .. thanks

@4_u_head2_toe it was very weird and being new to Poshmark I said yes at first but then said no he wanted to offer me 50$ more than asking price .. they scam u with cashiers checks .. they cash and u send the item only for the bank to come back and say it was a fraud so u have to pay back the money and they get the item for free.. I hate dishonesty.. thank god I caught on before I was scammed

@macrinalopez09 hi I reached out to posh mark and they said once the funds had been released to the buyer there is nothing I can .. I sold everything in good faith.. you would have to contact Poshmark yourself if there is an issue.. I feel terrible about the shoes .. but honestly I can’t see how one is bigger than the other .. I know sometimes naturally one foot can be slightly larger the other .. again I’m sorry 😐.. hope this doesn’t defer you from shopping with Poshmark ❤️

@bella1362 if you sent an offer to them (there’s no bidding in the Poshmark app), and they are not countered or accepted, then chances are your offer is too low. Also, many poshers may take 48 hours or more to respond. I have some reasonable offer charts on my markers, if you want to review them ✨😃✨
