keppyscloset @lorimorral I do remember when I made my first order I got that as well. I think it just showed up when so went to make my purchase. Sorry I’m not more help. It’s something that is supposed to happen automatically from Poshmark.

keppyscloset @lorimorral returns are decided on a case by case basis by Poshmark. But in general Poshmark does not allow returns for items that don’t fit. They encourage buyers to “reposh” the item, which means to list it yourself and sell it.
