geekerati All 4 heel cups are scratched badly, no shoe strings included and lastly the soles are almost bald and slick..Many Flaws! ..very disappointed with this purchase. :( Shoes are worth 30-40 bucks max with the extensive use they've been through.

park349park I have sent several messages to you wondering when you’re going to ship the item I purchased, now I see other similar comments here where people are canceling orders due to shipping delays. I can certainly understand if there’s a reasonable explanation for the delay, it’s the utter lack of response to customer inquiries that is so bothersome. Customer service is a very important feature on Poshmark since customers have so many options here. This is very disappointing!

park349park Following up on my earlier message, I was reluctant to cancel my order because I really want the sandals I purchased from you but given your lack of response I can I only assume they are not coming. So I have canceled my order and will be sure not to order from your closet again. The most frustrating part is that we can see that you are active, so clearly you are just ignoring customers’ messages. All you have to do is communicate with people and you will find that they are very understanding!
