clfournier0718 Hi @Lucieg59, I just wanted to update you and apologize for the delay in shipping on the Brooks Brothers trench coat you purchased. My mom passed away suddenly and I’ve just returned from a trip to Utah. I normally ship in one day and arranged to get it out the next morning, but my sitter and the office here dropped the ball on it. I will personally take it to the post office today.
