lesliesb @cindyharley Hi Lucinda, you purchased the black pumps from me. This item was shipped November 20th and has still not began tracking. I dropped off that package with another Poshmark sale and that second item has already reached its buyer. I have already reached out to Poshmark customer service as well as my local post office. I will continue to follow up on this, but I wanted to make sure you knew what’s going on. I’m so very sorry I’ve never had this experience selling for Poshmark before.
