lvasquez52 @weasel12 yes. because you said you would purchase if we did 20 plus 4.99 shipping(total is $24.99). Because there was no way to do the 4.99 shipping if you made the offer we asked you to do $17 product and shipping would be $7.99( total 24.99). This way the final price was what you had agreed to pay. Thank you for the purchase.
