lucky_joe @bell1971 This seems like a bit of an over-reaction. The issue is with the lipstick itself. The box doesn't look like the one in the picture. It's torn, has ripped off stickers on it and has a plastic hanging tag on it. The lipstick has been broken off at the base and reattached. It also has several deep scrapes out of the side where it got pushed against the side of the tube. I can still use it and do not want to return it. However, this doesn't look like it's new in box at all.
