aakaras @lucrecia4 I believe you should be able to enter the code on the screen where you requested the change to your account. So if you wanted to update your contact information you would go to my profile then account info and then select that you wanted to change and it would have the screen for your verification code. I think it is different on the website than the app. I have only updated on the app.

aakaras @lucrecia4 If it does not, you can try requesting a code again or if all else fails you can contact posh support and they will always help!

lucrecia4 @aakaras Hi it's me again :( Sorry to bother you but I have a problem. I forgot to send a dust bag with my order to the buyer. I would like for her to know in advance so she is not disappointed. I'm planing in mailing the dust bag after she accepts the item. I don't know about Poshmark's etiquette. Is there a way I could contact the buyer privately? Or how should I proceed?

aakaras @lucrecia4 Sorry for the delay! There is not a way to send a private message but you could tag her in a comment on your sold listing to let her know. That's at least more private than her profile! I would definitely tell her before she receives her package if it was part of the listing though so she knows you're sending it!
