It was neat, well wrapped with nice tissue and ribbon and clean as it is brand new, shipped the same day I received it. It wasn't shipped in my Normal one day because it was listed as "coming soon " with the date it would be available to ship. So I'm sorry. I thought you knew.

I would really appreciate it because I just applied to be a suggested user and all the things you checked show as areas of needed Improvement and go against me as a seller. I can see how you could misunderstand the rating system as you are new to it.
