pagerice65 You did not ship item until the 11th hour of the seventh day. I will be initiating a return/complaint. You never once alerted me to the delay. I was under the impression you were to mail within 3-5 days....I don't appreciate this at all. Very very unprofessional and I will not be shopping in your "store" again.
