@angelcharm1964 hi! My rating was based on the fact that I purchased item on June 30 and you didn't ship it till July 6.... and that wouldn't not been an issue but until I messaged you on July 5 I didn't hear from you.... so I think if a seller is going to wait till the 7 day deadline to ship... they should at least let the person know, if they are out of pocket and can't ship it... Sorry didn't mean any harm, but since you asked I thought it was fair to explain😊
