kamikazy @winstonhernande hi I have a question yesterday I sold something from $40 dolls and then I went to the post office and they said they my label they I have only covered $5dlls and they tried to charge me $37 dlls on top of that of course I don’t pay but what should I do??

winstonhernande Great question! Yes, same thing happened to me when I got started on Poshmark. If you sell more than 1 item and the total package weighs more than 5lbs, you go back into your sale and request a new mailing label for the weight of your entire package (it’s good to invest in a home bathroom scale). Also, ship all items in plastic envelope packing. Boxes weigh and cost more to ship. I hope this helps, let me know if I can help with other questions 😊🌸
