These jeans were tagged by the manufacturer as a 28 and the Rise Measured 10 1/2”, which is considered a High Rise. These Measurements and others were all included in the description. I make sure that everything in my listing is as accurate as possible. I always encourage everyone to look at the Measurements in the description carefully when considering an item
