electronimolo hey @sola_lucy i submitted a return request the day i receive the MNZ mules Order #:5fdf0c92771b8e594ddbaa09 --- the size was listed as 12, but they are actually a 42 which is closer to an 11/11.5 and they don't fit me. i never heard back from you, so reaching out this way. i am new to this, not sure of how else to do it. did you see my return request? why no response? i would like to return these, please.

sola_lucy @electronimolo hi, hmmm I never received any kind of return request. How did you request that? Nor did PM send out any request. You’ll have to work that out with them. I usually don’t ever have returns. I wish you would have asked about sizing. I only listed as to what the shoe read. Please contact PM directly

electronimolo i submitted the PM form on the transaction page! you listed size 12 but the shoes actually say 42. i would love to look through the rest of your stuff, and be a regular customer. i'm in oakland too. this is a bummer though. literally my first experience with PM. i hope you'll consider helping me out with this, i'd appreciate it very much.

sola_lucy Sorry I’m really busy at my store and can not spend too much time on this. What email did u send to? We never received any notification. PM will send you a reminder of accepting the pkg, if u accept it then funds are released to the seller. You’ll have to go to the app and try to figure it out🙏🏼

electronimolo i emailed you on 12/23 at info at solalucy.com (from electronimo at ...). i don't want you to have to spend too much time on this either. it's too much already! i did all of the appropriate steps including filling out the "problems/order inquiry" form from the dropdown menu and everything just disappeared into the ether. i'm going to drop these blue MNZ mules at your store in person and hopefully you'll find it in your heart to send me a refund, then i can give you a 5 star review on here

sola_lucy @electronimolo I just contacted PM myself. You really should have followed policies. This gets more complicated because I would be more than happy to accept the return but sellers receive 20% less than what a buyer pays. I will not be able to refund you more than I’ve received. So if you prefer to wait and deal with PM so you can get the full refund then that’s what needs to happen. These are their policies not mine.

sola_lucy @electronimolo I don’t know why your request was not handled properly. That is not my fault. If you did request a refund do to an issue, PM would not have released the funds. Again it all has to go through PM. I am emailing them myself and don’t know how long it will take them to respond. If you don’t want to wait I can refund minus 20%.

electronimolo you listed the shoes as size 12, but they were actually size 42 (closer to size 11, for the record). i emailed the address on the card in the pkg & submitted a request via this platform, but never heard back from you until i started posting public messages here. when i *finally* figured out that you changed the listing description (so it said 42) *after* my purchase was complete, i knew you were dishonest & i filed a claim. such a shame. this transaction has been a nightmare. you lost a customer
