lululj Hi Lucy. I’m so sorry your purchase of my green swimsuit has not been delivered. I have inquired with poshmark and they have told me we have to wait until after dec29th. I decided that I would at least put in a ticket to Canada post to start an investigation as it hasn’t moved from since dec 8 th and continue to say in transit. Canada post opened has opened a ticket to start an investigation. If I do not here anything from either party by dec 29th I will contact poshmark again.

lululj Still no movement in the green swimsuit. Still in transit and hasn’t moved from Calgary. One more day and then we can contact poshmark again about this. So sorry! I just can’t understand why it hasn’t moved from Calgary!!

lululj @lmo1617 hey sorry I missed your message! I contacted poshmark on dec 29 and they credited me 22$ which is the profit I guess on the suit that was lost. I thought they would have returned your dollars as well. I did send an email back asking poshmark if you would be refunded as well and they did not respond. Have you not been refunded? I have no idea what happened to my green swimsuit. No one ever told me l. They just credited me the 22$.

lululj Would you like me to contact poshmark again? Canada post said it had to be investigated from your end. They wanted info I didn’t have like your phone number and stuff like that. I’m sorry I just assumed you had been notified and refunded!

lululj Sorry for another message but I want you to know I have sent another message to Poshmark. I have asked them to reach out to you as well as Canada post to try to straighten this out. I hope they will at least refund you. I’m shocked that they refunded me but not you!! Why would they do that?? Again I am so sorry about this. I will follow up with you again as soon as I hear back from poshmark. It might be a good idea to open a ticket with Canada post.

lululj Ok I received an email back. They said they will refund you and I both. I asked them to send apologize for this disaster on my behalf however I would not hold your breath. Emailing with poshmark is like taking to a wall. They don’t even answer my clearly stated questions. It’s like they never read my emails.

lmo1617 @lululj Hi there. I reached out to Poshmark with many screen shots of the order and tracking info. They apologized for the issue and reported they would provide me with a refund. I haven’t seen the refund post to my account yet. I’ll let you know when it does. Thanks for all of you support in getting this issue addressed.

lululj @lmo1617 that is so strange that they haven’t refunded you. Thy have refunded me already on dec29 actually. I have sent an email to them questioning all of this as I don’t want this to affect my reputation as a seller and I want to make sure you are refunded. They have not responded back to this yet

lululj Hoping you have received your refund by now. I don’t know what to do anymore. I have contacted poshmark multiple times and they won’t even answer my emails. They don’t respond to anything I send. I’m so frustrated with this and I’m going to sell on another platform. This is ridiculous !
