Hey Lucinda, I shipped your ice skates a week ago but Poshmark is telling me I haven’t. Have you received them yet? I sent a shipped but not tracking report, and hopefully they’ll get to the bottom of this.

@eliannebober I just saw your earlier message that you shipped the skates, but I had already canceled the order.
If the skates end up being delivered, I will contact Poshmark to let them know to reinstate the payment. Do you have any tracking information?

@hot_tomato Yes I saw the cancellation and I still do not have any tracking information. I’ve submitted two reports to Poshmark explaining the situation and I’m still waiting for a response. Hopefully the skates arrive soon, I’m sorry for the inconvenience

@eliannebober hi Elianne. I am still trying to get Poshmark to resolve our problem. They told me to send the skates back to you, but I told them that I just want to pay for the skates. Sheesh; you would think they would be more eager to complete the sale.
