I will be mailing you another bracelet with other items as an apology for the error and now the delay! This has never happened in all my sales .. 10belowshoes Hi, I didn't use any filter in the photo's with the pink thong shoes. If you were not satusfied you could have made a complaint and sent them back. I would have perfered that, as opposed to a 4 rating! Please except ny apology for not describing the shoes to the best of my ability as far as the color. I will work to do better. As I was getting the shoes ready to pack and ship I started to clean one area, and that one area took the color off the shoes. I didn't feel right shipping a item that I damage. I hate that because they REALLY WERE IN GREAT SHAPE. Again my sincere apology.
