I am a bit confused the item was shipped as is shown in the pictures and original cost is $100+ and sold for $18. Id love more detail to see what improvements I could have made to satisfy you. luisfloresgst @yepsy1420 the bubble on the right shoe has really deep scratches, any deeper and it would cut through the bubble. This caught me as a big surprise. That’s why I rated 3, I think the system selects the ‘could improve’ I just rated 3 and selected other but if I had to write something it would be to be more transparent especially with really visible scratches

luisfloresgst @dianagomez05 the thing is I accepted the order before the package arrived by accident. I received the package today and I accepted the package Friday so the funds were released to you earlier otherwise I would of opened a case for sure.. not sure what I can do now

dianagomez05 @luisfloresgst you can always contact poshmark to see if there is anything they can do. Go to your order and use the problem and order inquiry tab to find the contact poshmark tab. I hope that helps.

luisfloresgst @dianagomez05 hi Diana, I reached out to posh and they said unfortunately they cannot offer a refund because the funds were released. I tried to explain that I accepted the order before the package was delivered but that’s the reason I couldn’t submit a case since by doing that, funds were released.. :/ this sucks
