badgerm21 Hi Luisa, apologies but we were packing the brooks shoes you purchased and realized that my daughter had removed the insoles as she wears custom (insoles). Outside of that, the shoes are in excellent condition but I didn’t want to ship them and surprise you as we failed to explicitly share that there aren’t any insoles. Did you still want me to ship them or would you prefer I cancel the order? Super sorry about the inconvenience!

liza78d I had to cancel the order because when I was packing it, I noticed after I washed it, some of the ribbing on the end of the sleeve separated from the fabric. Didn't want to send it damaged. SO sorry for the inconvenience and have a great day!!
