foreverresell Hey, I saw that you left a negative review for the black slip-on vans that you purchase. I should’ve checked closely if there were any damage or flaws to them. If I can give you a refund or partial could you mind removing the negative feedback? I don't want my store to have any negative comments because it could affect shoppers from buying from my store. I'll also accept a return if that's fine with you.

rigs1833 The damage was clearly obvious when seeing the shoes in person... There's absolutely no excuse for you (or any other seller) to not mention damage to any of the items sold on Poshmark; this isn't Craigslist, seller's reputations actually mean something on Poshmark. I was very disappointed when I discovered that I bought damaged goods that were sold as "New". I do appreciate you reaching out in an attempt to correct this unpleasant experience. A full refund would definitely be the correct action.

rigs1833 ... be that as it may, I was very unhappy with not knowing that I received damaged goods, that I threw the shoes out in the trash; they were unserviceable condition (not in a condition as described and could not be worn as intended). My experience buying from you is still unsatisfactory... So, where does that leave us? What else can be done to create a more pleasurable experience with this transaction?
