claudinejordan OMG. This is Claudine Jordan. I am so embarrassed. As I am preparing the boots to be returned, I noticed that there was an additional small packed paper stuffed in the tip of the boots, which I had not seen when I tried on the boots!!!! Even though I had already removed a large bunched up paper support. No wonder I could not fit in them. I put them on now and they fit perfectly. Could I just keep them? Claudine Jordan
