jennavivian78 @thestcollection thanks that is so sweet! To be honest I feel like the packaging is an unnecessary expense. It’s not that I don’t care about the customers experience I really do, I take care of the merchandise and try to ship immediately. Do you think the packaging is a necessary part of the posh experience.

estrenandothrif @jennavivian78 Before I registered my Poshmark Closet as a business with the state, I would have said pretty packaging isn't completely necessary. For sure thank you notes are absolutely necessary. Just makes you feel appreciated. Now since I am doing this as a legitimate business,packaging and thank you's are a must.
