rocknboho Good Morning & thank you for your purchase of the booties with zippers. This has never happened to me but I hadn’t realized I sold both pair & did not remove them. I’m so sorry. Would you like either of the other same size black booties also from Torrid? 1 has a buckle with the exact heel & the other is a Moto style that is priced higher but I would sell at the price you paid since it was my mistake. I do cross post but I feel bad this one slipped by me. If not I will of course refund you.
