luuve2shop @designersrule I prepared the items for shipment and unfortunately the box has so many items it weighs 6.5 lbs which is over the posh mark shipping limit. I am thinking of cancelling the order so you can purchase in 2 shipments, not sure if that equals the same. I’ve never had this problem before.

1lisalisa1 The bracelet I sent you was in PERFECT CONDITION! 100000% AUTHENTIC! If you broke it or had 2nd thoughts that’s not my fault. I had that bracelet cleaned and looked over IN TIFFANYS before I listed it!!!

luuve2shop @1lisalisa1 all I did was wear it and I saw the blue star on the dining table. I am thankful it fell in the house and I will have Tiffany repair it for me when they reopen. I understand things happen but the timing on this was just too soon.

mombeck77 I read instructions and refused; only after going through steps instructed to take did it later state in a email the next day that I'm at a total loss if I didn't open and request label return. I would still like the correct robe as now I have nothing. Since package had been scanned by post office as refused; you should be able to re-use label or reprint label onto correct boxed item since it hasn't had a delivered scan. Did you mail it out yet? concerned why it's still listed...
