flowersup2 Hi, yikes, I see u opened a case on the sandals u bought from me. What's wrong? I'm curious. They are new in box so only thing I can assume is I messed up & listed as the wrong size? I don't know though--did I mess up listing? Please let me know.

lcortes7 @jen2rodriguez Hello. The sandals are smaller thank the size 39 but I can see that the print in the label reads 39 so I don't think it was necessary an issue with you but I'm concerned that they don't fit me as they should. I was wondering the reason to sell them? Did they fit you smaller too?

flowersup2 I sell all kinds of stuff mostly brand new items & so in different sizes not all my size. I wear between a 9.5 & 10 so these are not my size & I never tried them on. But they are super cute I wish they were I'd keep for myself.

flowersup2 If the box & label are correct & say 39, I'm not sure if poshmark will return them, cuz posh doesn't accept returns unless there's something wrong. In that case people on posh "re-posh" (re-sell)---had to do it myself a few times too. What size do you think they fit like? Can you get your foot in? Are they too short? Any tips would help. Thanks

flowersup2 I just checked my email & posh emailed me that they denied the return. I'm sorry they don't fit. It's tricky with European sizes--I still would like to know what size you think these fit like so I know for the future? If it's any consolation myself & many others (not uncommon) when buying on here to have not the right fit at times & have to resell. I've learned to be careful when buying. Maybe you could sell for more money as I sold them fairly cheap.

lcortes7 @jen2rodriguez I will probably sell them myself :( they are cute and it's unfortunate I don't get to use them :/. You didn't do anything wrong in my mind. Perhaps having measurements taken by you and post them besides the branded size will help you in the future

lcortes7 @sunnyartist hello! Thank you for reaching out. I usually ship items the same day of purchase but this time I was out of town and I just came back. The post office is closed today but I will still deposit the box for shipping which I assume will go out tomorrow first thing in the morning. Most items I have purchased have arrived within 5 days from the drop off day so I assume yours will make it before Dec 12
