pushaana @ladykrc I know I’m fairly new to Poshmark but I had a recent issue where I sold a pretty pricey bag and the buyer said she didn’t receive it. And funny enough the shipping stats said it was undeliverable, yet, that same night the buyer posted and sold my bag before I was even paid (because it was u delivered 🤷🏾‍♀️) . How do you navigate the scammers? I’m so affected I canceled a recent sale because I cannot take the risk. Looking for some advice...

leetisha1017 @pushaana Another seller told me that before she sells to a buyer, she checks their profile to see if they’ve purchased items before and have left reviews. This way she knows its a real account. Hopefully, this may help. You have a lot of nice items. Love your PM closet.

pushaana @leetisha1017 OMG, I thought the same. Now I look if they’re a long time Posher or at the very least have bought. So much so that I had a sale last week, no offer, no conversation, it was just bought! Seemed to good to be true, so I looked them up and they were brand new. Nothing to sell, never bought and get this: changed their name 3 times after purchasing/ 3 times within 15 minutes. I canceled the sale. Sucks! And “COPY” items confuse buyers. Stay safe! thanks for the compliment🥰

leetisha1017 @pushaana Urghh...sick of these damn scammers. That was a smart move. Some will wear your item or swap out and mail you back a different item. I always leave reviews so that ppl can see im a real buyer. Its a good site to sell/buy, just beware of your buyers. Can’t wait to receive your bag. Thanks again. Enjoy your week.
