closetdeluz @marcele7 I would suggest communicating with the potential buyer and letting them know the offer was sent out by mistake. This way they are able to decline, and you can agree on a price you feel comfortable with. I don't believe there is a way for us as sellers to cancel an existing offer.

marcele7 @closetdeluz Ty! It’s stated that a buyer can retract a counteroffer as long as the seller hasn’t yet accepted so I “messaged” her, but is that all I can do? I think so - there’s no buttons to push to change it, there’s nothing suggested after that in any notes anywhere! Thank you so much for responding. I feel better - I’ve done exactly what I thought was the only thing I could do. Contact the buyer. Bless you : )
