I read your comments to her and frankly, you could have given my mom the benefit of doubt. first, you have to understand that you may be dealing with customers who are new to postmark, that they don't know what a bundle is.

cocolulu21 @sherden1205 or that the items they like are from the same customer or a language barrier. I took the time and went over the way Postmark works and how to submit offers. My mom is Spanish speaking only and thought she was sending you an offer for the necklace alone. She had no idea it was a set.

cocolulu21 @sherden1205 Next time instead of bashing customers in public, make sure you have a private conversation via a bundle so that you can explain and ask questions and feel what type of customer you are dealing with. It is very unfortunate you made this shopping experience so unpleasant. She was shopping with her birthday money she received and was not trying to LOWBALL anyone.
