authenticfits Hi Lydia, sorry you are upset about how your item packaging. Wanted to inform you, it’s a packable bag made to be packed like that. I packed it into a waterproof mailer to ensure safe delivery. I assure you the item was not damaged in anyway by the packaging and I am upset I was given 4/5 stars. I feel that 4/5 is unreasonable as the item came 100% undamaged in a safe sealed pack.
