daniellegrace15 Hello-you recently purchased a North Face jacket from my closet. In your review you stated that I could improve the cleanliness and ship time. As for the cleanliness what was wrong with the jacket? I am just looking to improve for future purchases. As for the shipping the item was purchased on 1/20/19, the post office was closed 1/21/19 and the item was shipped 1/22/19. I did leave a comment on the post regarding the shipping.Thank you for your purchase!!
