lydialierz @savannah_slim hi! I have some questions! If an offer is pending between me and another lady, should I mark that item as "not for sale"? Like as a courtesy? Or will that make it not available for them to purchase anymore?

savannah_slim Yes, if it is not for sale they can not buy it until you put it back for sale, it will also keep anyone else from buying it, but a lot of times when someone asks you to hold an item for them (and you list it not for sale till they get back to you) you don't ever hear back, so it really depends on how you want to do it. It is not necessary as a courtesy, unless they ask you to do it specifically. Hope that helps!
