Hi, I received your rating on your recent purchase. Could you be so kind as to explain what improvements are needed in shipping time and seller responsiveness? This was shipped on Monday, the first day the post office was open after it was purchased. Unfortunately, I cannot control delivery time once the item is received by the post office.
